All users of the gt99 earbuds platform are expected to behave honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with the law. Exploiting platform vulnerabilities, using automated bots or software to place bets, or engaging in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure.
Rude behaviour, harassment, or spreading false information about other users is strictly prohibited. Copying or distributing platform content, designs, or technology without permission constitutes intellectual property infringement. The gt99 earbuds brand name, logo, or identity may not be used without authorisation.
All transactions on the gt99 earbuds platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). When making a deposit, users must use a mobile banking or bank account registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount requirement and must have a completed identity verification on file. gt99 earbuds may take up to 72 hours to process a withdrawal, though in most cases it is completed much sooner. Withdrawals may be delayed due to technical issues or additional verification requirements.
Specific terms apply to promotional bonuses and offers, which will be communicated separately. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Accounts found attempting to exploit bonuses fraudulently will be terminated.

The platform will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party actions. Gt99 earbuds reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or deceptive activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or breaching applicable laws in Bangladesh.
Users may request to close their account at any time. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed. Following closure, account data may be retained in our system for a specified period as required by law.
If an account is closed due to fraud, the associated balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken. To reactivate a suspended account, users must complete the verification process as determined by gt99 earbuds.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between gt99 earbuds and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled before a competent court in Bangladesh.
Users acknowledge that it is their own responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online betting. gt99 earbuds does not provide legal advice; users may seek independent legal counsel if needed. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
